Review

I thought "Material Girls" was going to be bad and I was not looking forward to watching it. When I saw the movie I thought it was O.K.. It wasn't bad but it also wasn't great. So I learned never to judge a book by its cover.
"Material Girls" is a movie about two sisters that have everything they want and a ton of money, then they lose their company and don't treat people the way they should. It's a story of values how they learn what's important in life.

Picture and Sound

The movie is presented in 2.40:1 widescreen and in 1.33:1 fullscreen. The picture is clear and sharp and there was nothing wrong with the color; it was almost perfect. The sound was great.

Extras

The extras were pretty good. There's a commentary by director Martha Coolidge, a getting to know Hilary and Haylie as the Marchetta sisters, a Music video by Hilary Duff called "Play With Fire". There was also feature called "The Making Of Material Girls", and a theatrical trailer.

Summary

"Material Girls" is not bad, but if you are an adult than you probably wouldn't like it. But you should check it out and see how you like it yourself.
