The documentary includes all aspects of production from first rehearsals, performers perspectives, impressions from Yoko Ono and Olivia Harrison, Paul and Ringo. It is also a fascinating look at the creative process Cirque goes through to put on a new show.  The last 20 minutes also include some of the performances from the first show but people should know, this is not a Cirque performance dvd but a straight documentary of the making of a show.  Hopefully, we will get a performance disc of this show but that will be in the future. 
The Beatles endorsed this show and all attended its premiere although at times the collaboration was rough.  Lennon's "Come Together" was not at all liked by Yoko and had to be totally reworked as one example. George Martin is interviewed about the working of the soundtrack and mixing the original Beatle tapes for "Love" , of which, he and his son received special Grammys.  If anyone has the right to mix the original tapes, it certainly is Martin, and the surviving Beatles approve. 

The disc also contains some bonus features; mixing the soundtrack with George and Giles Martin, creating a surround sound system for the theater, and creating specific scenes from the show, such as the shadows sequences with Beatles dialog.
In summary, a good documentary that can be taken on many levels; a great show for Beatle and Cirque Du Soleil fans and a fascinating look at the creative process, plus interviews with Paul, Ringo, Oivia and Yoko, George Martin, and Cirque producers and creators.  A very entertaining documentary.
