Review

This disc from Paramount/Comedy Central features one of the funniest in-your-face magician/comedians living today. If you never seen The Amazing Johnathan's act, though, this disc serves as a great introduction. More of a comedian than a magician (though a few of his tricks are admittedly amazing), his interaction with his audience is hilarious, as is his interplay with his goofy assisstant, Psychic Tanya. The feature itself is almost criminally short, but there's a lot of extra footage among the bonus features. Best of all, unlike many stand-up comedy videos, this one is likely to stand up to repeated viewings. From Paramount.
