The plot: A telekenetic man sets up his home as a boarding house for women. Chaos soon breaks loose when someone or something begins killing people one by one. As you can probably guess, however, the plot is little more than an excuse for plenty of death and nude women.

Of all the unreleased horror films to choose from, why on Earth did BCI pick "Boardinghouse?" This is one film that should have never been given a DVD release. I can't even begin to describe how much pain this film caused me. Everything that could possibly go wrong does. The acting makes you yearn to watch a student film, the 80's music and styles are nauseating, the 'Horror Vision' is a gimmicky William Castle rip-off, the killer breathing "Friday The 13th" style is flat out plagiarism, many shots do not match, and there is nothing resembling logic in the script. Granting "Boardinghouse" an F rating is too kind in my book. NEVER see this.

Extras include 7 Code Red trailers, a 13 minute interview with Johnn Wintergate and Kalassu, and commentary by Wintergate and Kalassu (and their two children), Lee Christian and Jeff Mckay. How anyone can defend this film is beyond me. The less said about it the better.
