Review

Val Kilmer and Gary Cole star in this predictable, formulated action flick. I don't think there is one original idea in this film and it is a new low for Kilmer. He stars as an ex special unit officer back from combat and totally burnt out but agrees to come to a small town in New Mexico where his buddy is settling. When he gets there, no one in town says they know his friend and the town's being run by big-wig Cole, who owns everyone. So, Kilmer decides to take everyone on and he does, and , well, you know the rest. The acting is walked through by just about everyone and it is pure film factory stuff from start to finish.

Decent picture and sound; no extras- skip this unless its the only thing left on the rental rack.
