Review

"The Killing Floor" concerns a horror book agent who gets caught up in a series of real life horror events involving a murderer who is following his every move. As you can no doubt tell by the premise, this is very much a standard direct-to-dvd thriller brimming with cliches like mysterious phone calls, obvious red herrings, plot twists, paranoia, deceptive characters, and so on. Unless you are a devoted fan of former "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" star Marc Blucas (who played the much disliked Riley), there is no reason for anyone to see this as there isn't an ounce of originality in the script. Extras: Trailers for "The Killing Floor," "In The Shadow Of The Moon," "Before The Devil Knows You're Dead," "Poor Boy's Game," "Bordertown" and "Deceit."
