Review

Tommy Lee Jones and Michael O'Keefe (remember him...the "Caddyshack" dude?) star as a good-hearted pirate and dorky missionary who team up to rescue the woman they both love from a lecherous slave trader. This low-wattage, predictable action-adventure film probably would never have been made if it weren't for "Raiders of the Lost Ark," but it's good-natured, old-fashioned fun that, if not for a few pretty violent scenes, would be perfect for the whole family. From Paramount.
